Today's plenary session also started with tensions. Gazment Bardhi blocked the pulpit.

Opposition MPs have caused chaos with noisemakers and whistles in the Assembly.

At the request of the head of the SP group, Bledi Çuçi, the draft law on criminal amnesty was removed from the agenda, as consensus was not reached with the opposition for 84 votes. 

"The request of the chairman of the SP group for the change of the agenda was filed in the assembly, where the removal of the amnesty bill from the agenda is requested," said Nikolla.

Meanwhile, with 77 votes, the Assembly ratified the Rama-Meloni agreement for immigrants. The agreement did not receive any votes against and no abstentions, while PDIU also voted for this pact.
