After the meeting with democratic citizens in Shkodër, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha said that civil disobedience means a revolt of Albanian citizens to throw the regime and Prime Minister Rama from power.
According to him, the prime minister is horrified by the latest decision on the "house arrest" request that SPAK has sent to the Parliament, which is signing its end.
"By civil disobedience I understand the revolt of citizens to throw out a dictatorial regime based on the rule of gangs, crime and drugs. This is what I mean and this is what Rama will suffer ," said Berisha.
Asked if he is ready to face SPAK's accusations, Berisha said that he never had reservations to face any accusation and added that he defended Kushtuta.
"I have never had any reservations about facing any type of accusation. I defended the Constitution of my country and the interests of my citizens. Whoever violates the Constitution becomes part of a coup at someone else's expense. It was enough to ask for the authorization" , said the former prime minister.
Asked if the Democrats are being held hostage, he said that Rama is terrified and his end is being signed.
"Democrats are fighting like lions today. See how Rama is made. He is more terrified than ever. A man who goes from one dictatorial mask to another signs his end", said Berisha.
