Operations "Temple" and "Rule of Law", Balla: 33 people were detained within 24 hours

The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, said that within 24 hours, within the framework of the "Rule of Law" and "Tempulli" operations, 33 people involved in criminal activity were arrested. He said that thanks to timely intervention, in some cases the escalation of conflicts has been prevented.

"It intervened in time to prevent the escalation of conflicts in some cases, a phenomenon which requires more commitment in the entire territory" , says Balla.

Balla said that thanks to the cooperation with the Italian police, they managed to catch a person who was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Albanian court.

"Also, thanks to the cooperation of the Criminal Police Department with the Italian Police, it became possible to find and arrest a very wanted person, sentenced to life imprisonment by Albanian justice ," said Balla.
