SP MP Erion Braçe has reacted again to the Fiscal Package approved in the last session in the Assembly, saying that he did not vote for some of its laws.
The socialist MP says that his amendment for the revaluation of real estate was not accepted, adding that such a procedure for assets in the process of legalization, legalized or unregistered, has been done before.
For this, he issued a document on the revaluation of assets from 2019 to mid-2022. He also expressed criticism of the Cadastre, because according to him, it is a difficult job.
"I kept my mouth shut and wanted to be clear about my position in relation to the Fiscal Package and transparency with each of you. I did not vote for a part of the laws. The first was the law on the revaluation of real estate and there is a reason: My amendment to include the revaluation of houses in the legalization process, or legalized and unregistered, was not taken into account. A process that has been underway for 25 years and it is corruption that is hindering it.
The revaluation of real estate took place from 2019-2022 and the initial law included, it was a proposal of the deputy of that period that had a special article, article 2, the revaluation of real estate in the legalization and registration process, it was approved and became a law. Then there were two extensions of the deadline with other laws and in both cases the revaluation process was included in the legalization process without registration.
Only this time it is not taken into account that the Cadastre said that it is a difficult job that we cannot do. Whoever does not do the work should leave because this work has been done before. Why did I vote against or why did I not participate in the voting on this thing after they voted against my amendment. Dozens of buildings in unit 5, hundreds of houses in Selita are already excluded from the revaluation process. I was voted to serve the people," says the MP.
