This is the third shameful pact between Sali Berisha and Edi Rama, who seek to patronize the votes of the diaspora.
As Sali Berisha publicly stated, negotiations have been underway for days between his people and those of the majority to make changes to the diaspora voting law.
However, neither Berisha nor the Socialist Party are saying what their idea to change the law consists of. They are keeping everything hermetic. All this seems to have a clear goal, to see how the spontaneous registration of immigrants is going. A spontaneous registration that is clearly controlled by the registers of the SP and the DP for their militants abroad.
So far, there is evidence that the situation is getting out of control, so the system has "accidentally" created "technical problems". Where parts of the diaspora have been registered outside the patronage register.
After the avalanche of the first 72 hours, "technical problems" have begun where free immigrants not affiliated with parties cannot register.
Meanwhile, if immigrants who went to the SP and DP offices were not unlucky, they were easily registered.
Therefore, in order to better control the situation, negotiations are aiming to extend the deadline until mid-February, perhaps even later.
But the whole goal is to block the valves that Berisha and Rama do not control. Especially in those countries where new parties are finding a greater space in the ranks of the diaspora.
The teams in Parliament from the SP and DP are expected to adopt a legal norm to channel the registration and not leave it spontaneous. In short, the intention is that the extension of time will create conditions for registration at the CEC centers that Berisha wants to have, just like the CEAZs, for all those immigrants who are unable to register themselves. A scheme that in every way controls or registers live all those people who want to vote on May 11.
Which is a political act similar to what is happening here on the ground within the country, where the SP and the DP have an accurate register of their electorate, the gray one and the other parties. So that they control it and with the machinations of the Vote Counting Groups they move them, making them invalid, which constitutes a political annihilation of the will of the people.
The same thing is being aimed at the diaspora, namely to stop spontaneity, but to channel everything through the centers that the SP and DP have established in states and large areas of diaspora concentration.
This is a big scandal, because the diaspora has the opportunity and chance to be free outside the patronage offices, even though Rama and Berisha want control. And for this, the parties and the media should ask the US and the EU to stop this shameful pact, the third, between Sali Berisha and Edi Rama. Who seek to patronize the votes of the diaspora as well./ Pamphlet
