Prime Minister Edi Rama surprised the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, during their meeting in the United Arab Emirates, where they participated in the "Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week" summit.

The head of the Albanian government gave Meloni, sitting on his knees, a birthday gift, as she celebrates her 48th birthday today.

As can be seen in the video, Rama gave his counterpart a scarf and then placed it on her head.

Rama explained that the scarf was made by an Italian manufacturer, who moved to Albania and became an Albanian citizen.

Meloni felt guilty about Rama's great 'love' in front of the cameras, to whom he addressed the words: "Don't embarrass me," writes Corriere della Sera.
