Today, Albanian citizens across the country are voting to elect a new Parliament.
Regarding this, analyst Ilir Demalia, invited to Report TV, said that if the DP loses in these elections, he will not recognize the result. He described the incidents created by the opposition as reasons that they can use to oppose the elections.
' This approach that the opposition has is a kind of strategy. They are making accusations after accusations and so far none of the accusations they are making have been verified. The turnout seems so-so to me compared to 2021, we have an opposition that does not bring anyone new and a position that has 3 mandates and so many years are consumed and I see an indifference from people to go and vote. It is the politicians who create incidents, this shows the aggravated state of the opposition and they create incidents so that tomorrow they have a reason to oppose the elections. If the DP loses, I will not recognize the elections ,' he said.
He said that the opposition has committed bloody corruption, while today they come out and do moralizing.
' Those who talk about corruption, themselves have committed bloody corruption, we had blood in '97 in Gërdec, on January 21, and these people are doing morals today, and they continue with a negative impact, this shows that they have no change and this is shown by how this party has disintegrated today. If the DP does not win these elections, there will be another disintegration, because some may go to Basha or Alibeaj ,' he said.
