The Parliament of Albania stands in solidarity with Kosovo for the attack in Banjska. After 7 hours of debate, the resolution condemning the Serbian criminal attack was approved with 101 votes in favor.
The 3-point resolution supports the resolution approved by the Assembly of Kosovo. This part has also divided the deputies, as Basha's group has described such a thing as scandalous. However, it was Reestablishment and SP that found the chord for such a resolution.
At the beginning of the session, Prime Minister Rama spoke about Kosovo, continuing with the same attitude.
"In Tirana and Pristina, there are some who do not want to understand that Albania is not what it was yesterday. If today it is respected as an equal, we are valued for the dignity we show with words and deeds. We are asked by all international factors, whether we are valued as a serious country, entrusted with important positions, such as the election at the UN, or whether we are asked to host summits in Albania. This is not because I wear sneakers to summits or because they don't know where to gather, but because we have taken our position in the region and the world in a new direction. We are a factor of peace, as a worthy member of the Euro-Atlantic community. How many times have we heard from government officials who say: Albania is a factor of peace and stability in the region and the world. Until yesterday, Albania was a passive factor, today it is active. There is a golden thread of national trust that continues. This requires us to become the Westerners of the Balkans and not the next Balkans. We don't have the luxury of playing with two wickets", he said.

In accordance with the Constitutional commitments of the Republic of Albania and the policy of protecting the strategic national interests common between Albania and Kosovo;
In support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo and its constitutional institutions, as well as efforts to protect democratic values, security and peace in Kosovo and in the region;
Deeply concerned about the situation created in the Republic of Kosovo after the organized military and criminal attack of a Serbian terrorist unit in the north of the country, on September 24, 2023;
ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA:
• Fully and unanimously supports Resolution No. 08-R-009 of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, approved in its plenary session on September 28, 2023;
• Requests from the constitutional institutions of the Republic of Albania, that in all international instances as well as in bilateral contacts with our partners, they strongly engage and undertake all the necessary actions to enable an international investigation related to the terrorist act in the north of Kosovo;
• Encourages the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to work side by side and join without reservations with its strategic allies, the European Union and the United States of America, in the function of the process for reaching a final agreement for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia and its final recognition of Kosovo.

– Duke marrë për bazë gjendjen e sigurisë nëpër të cilën po kalon vendi pas sulmit terrorist të organizuar nga Republika e Serbisë ndaj sovranitetit shtetëror dhe intergritetit territorial të Republikës së Kosovës;
– Duke vlerësuar rëndësinë e ruajtjes dhe mbrojtjes së sovranitetit shtetëror dhe intergritetit territorial të Republikës së Kosovës si dhe përcaktimin dhe angazhimin shtetëror për t’i kontribuuar paqes dhe stabilitetit në rajon;
– Të vendosur që Republika e Kosovës të jetë vend i lirë, demokratik, paqedashës dhe atdhe i qytetarëve të saj, të cilëve ju garantohen të drejtat, liritë dhe barazia para ligjit;
– Të përkushtuar për të luftuar dhe parandaluar me mjete kushtetuese dhe ligjore çfarëdo veprimi dhe përpjekje për të cënuar, rrezikuar apo sulmuar rendin kushtetutes të Republikës së Kosovës;
Kuvendi i Republikës së Kosovës
1. DËNON me termat më të ashpër sulmin terrorist të
organizuar nga Republika e Serbisë mbi Policinë e Kosovës më datën 24 shtator 2023, si dhe kërkon nga faktori ndërkombëtar që të ushtroj ndikimin e tij për ta ballafaquar Serbinë me rolin e saj në raport me organizimin dhe mbështetjen e çdo llojshme që i ka bërë grupit terrorist për sulmin në veri të Republikës së Kosovës;
2. VLERËSON punën, angazhimin dhe rezultetet e jashtëzakonshme të institucioneve të sigurisë së Republikës së Kosovës dhe të institucioneve partnere ndërkombëtare të sigurisë (Eulex dhe KFOR), në aksionin e përbashkët për të smbrapsur dhe asgjësuar sulmet terroriste të organizuara nga Serbia në veri të vendit;
3. OFRON mbështetjen e plotë dhe të parezervë për Policinë e Kosovës në ushtrimin e përgjegjësisë për ruajtjen e rendit dhe sigurisë publike në tërë territorin e Republikës së Kosovës.
4. KËRKON nga të gjitha institucionet e Republikës së Kosovës që të vazhdojnë punën e përbashkët për integrimin e plotë dhe bashkëjetesën mes të gjitha komuniteteve pa dallim që jetojnë në Republikën e Kosovës;
5. INKURAJON dhe MBËSHTET pluralizimin politik në radhët e komunitetit serb në Kosovë, zhvillimi i të cilit mundëson progresin demokratik dhe rrit transparencën e llogaridhënien para këtij komuniteti dhe jetëson promovimin e interesave reale të tij në Republikën e Kosovës.
6. KËRKON nga Qeveria e Republikës së Kosovës që të bashkëpunoj me aleatët ndërkombëtarë, veçanërisht me SHBA-të, për të fuqizuar Shtetin e së Drejtës dhe vlerat e përbashkëta euro-atlantike;
7. STATES the need for an international investigation against the Republic of Serbia regarding the organization of terrorist activities and the continued existence of training camps of terrorist groups on the territory of Serbia.
