Sali Berisha: If the mayor decides, the tag belongs to the mayor, my signature is formal. Can you read the conflict of interest a little bit? You can find a little of my signature in the documents. It is the first territorial adjustment plan for Tirana, Edi Rama did not do it for 11 years. That plan was built by Lulzim Basha with a Swiss company. When that plan was implemented, Edi Rama had changed the destination, not only of the sports club, but also of the rest of the club, and as far as you know, take Shalsi here when he was consulting.
