Below are the steps and deadlines for registering independent candidates.
INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE
Signatures must be collected according to the attached Model-KQZ-04-01 format.
Attention:
1 The form is filled out in CAPITAL letters only by voters voting in that electoral district;
2 A copy of the identity card is also required for each voter who fills out the form;
3 Forms with signatures must be completed before October 19, 2025.
For the Municipality of TIRANA, 7700 signatures and ID Card Copies need to be collected.
CEAZ
Even-numbered EAZs have a chairperson in the Zonal Election Administration Commission and odd-numbered EAZs have a Secretary who must be a lawyer.
Please send within today the names of the members of the CEAZ (residents of the Municipality of Tirana) with copies of the diploma, Personal Certificate and Conflict of Interest Forms (Model KQZ-4-31 and Model KQZ-4-32 attached) for the member of the CEAZ.
Urgent work must begin to collect signatures as the deadlines are very tight.
