After losing the leadership of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha seems to have been left without a car. His vehicle can be seen parked at the PD headquarters, which, by the decision of the Court of Appeal on June 11, 2024, passed to Sali Berisha.
On the facade of the building, the democrats have attached a banner with the inscription "Free Berisha", since the former prime minister has been under "house arrest" since December 2023.
The decision of the Appellate panel on June 11 was given by judges Alma Ahmeti, Iliba Bezati and Elona Toro. This decision is final.
The saga of the PD seal trials:
March 25, 2022: The Assembly of December 11 is registered with the decision of the Court of First Instance of judge Agron Zhukri, Sali Berisha is recognized as the president of the Democratic Party.
March 23, 2023: Judge Zhukri's decision is overturned, he returns to the First Level with another team. The leader of the DP is known as Lulzim Basha.
December 27: The Supreme Court returns it to the Appeal with another body and demands a final solution. The chairman of the PD continues to be Basha.
June 11: The Court of Appeal passes the DP seal to Sali Berisha.
