Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has broken down Edi Rama's new project to fight corruption. A year before the general elections, the prime minister has proposed a parliamentary commission to review the reform laws and control the constitutional institutions.
According to lawyer Njjela, all this shows fear and Rama is doing this to save himself. According to him, the reform is progressing and everything seems to be an anti-SPAK movement.
" We have to be careful because they are all scared of SPAK. Rama has indirectly expressed that it will affect SPAK and wants to do anti-reform through a reform. The reform has been done and SPAK did not do it, but Washington did it. SPAK is being qualified. There are problems, that we cannot say that they were untouched by corruption when they were before being appointed to SPAK. That SPAK was not formed with individuals who were outside Albanian justice. Now they are scared and want to touch SPAK. There are two things. According to Njjela, SPAK is paid by Washington and it is up to them if they will allow this Rama project. According to him, the prime minister himself is afraid and it seems as if he is trying to save himself from the coming storm.
