There is fear of the anti-corruption criminal strike. They would unite once, but we will see if they will unite now. We are still in the proposal. Rama seeks to save himself...
Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has broken down Edi Rama's new project to fight corruption. A year before the general elections, the prime minister has proposed a parliamentary commission to review the reform laws and control the constitutional institutions.
According to lawyer Njjela, all this shows fear and Rama is doing this to save himself. According to him, the reform is progressing and everything seems to be an anti-SPAK movement.
" We have to be careful because they are all scared of SPAK. Rama has indirectly expressed that it will affect SPAK and wants to do anti-reform through a reform. The reform has been done and SPAK did not do it, but Washington did it. SPAK is being qualified. There are problems, that we cannot say that they were untouched by corruption when they were before being appointed to SPAK. That SPAK was not formed with individuals who were outside Albanian justice. Now they are scared and want to touch SPAK. There are two things. Either there is a reform to carry forward what has been done, or it does an anti-reform to eliminate SPAK. We will see the law. Would they dare? They will try but the problem is what will Zeus say? Will Zeus throw lightning at you? Let's see what US and EU policy will say ," said the lawyer in a show.
According to Njjela, SPAK is paid by Washington and it is up to them if they will allow this Rama project. According to him, the prime minister himself is afraid and it seems as if he is trying to save himself from the coming storm.
" They also directed the reform in justice (USA). They reached 140 votes in the Parliament. There are obstacles and according to the sources I have from internationals, SPAK also has a problem with corruption and now I am saying it, but they are scared. I told them to put up a defense. Of course, organized crime strikes. They told me they have protection and apparently there is an internal problem with SPAK itself.
There is fear of the anti-corruption criminal strike. They would unite once, but we will see if they will unite now. We are still in the proposal. Rama wants to save himself with what he is doing. Starting from a general reform, we will see if he will give American expertise like the first time or if he will do it himself, if he did it himself it is against SPAK ", he said.
Yesterday, the SP sent the resolution to the Assembly, and it seems that Re-establishment will join it. The commission that will be set up will control SPAK, KLSH, ILDKP and every constitutional body. / Pamphlet
