The European Political Community was held in Yerevan, Armenia, where leaders of the EU countries, but also of the Balkan Region, came together, including the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama. The latter seems not to have held back, not even when a family photo of the Summit was taken, as he is shown warmly embracing "sister" Meloni.
Lined up in the front row, next to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Rama seems to have felt good when Giorgia Meloni, the Prime Minister of Italy, offered to sit next to him, whom the head of government has never hesitated to respect, even violating official protocols.
And in the last case, Rama did not hesitate to give Meloni a warm hug after joking with him.
Unlike other times, it seems that the Prime Minister did not have the time or opportunity to kneel down to his Italian counterpart, an action he has done several times in the form of "maximum respect" towards her.
