The noisy ceremony for the transfer of IBAR to Brussels by Edi Rama was, in reality, a tragicomic scene.
It even seems that the Albanian Prime Minister himself has deeply felt the deception, or in Albanian: the 'intrusion', that the real leaders of the European Union, namely the German Chancellor and the French President, have made.
Accustomed for years to his circus clown scenes at summits, where he has attempted to become the world's gaslighter in a variety of ways, they have left him with such a scene in Brussels with Marta Kos and the representatives of the Cypriot EU presidency.
Namely, two characters with political weight close to absolute zero. However, carefully instructed, they knew the scene by heart and, cynically, taught Edi Rama a good lesson.
By offering them a dinner with an empty plate, like clowns in the circus, who try to entertain children while they themselves are consumed by pain and frustration.
Edi Rama's Albania has simply passed a chapter of a technical document, which, although part of the methodology, has no real political weight.
Meanwhile, Emmanuel Macron welcomed the Prime Minister of Montenegro to the Élysée Palace, as if to show which country will actually enter the EU, while Edi Rama's Albania has left IBAR and Marta.
"Welcome, Milojko Spajic. Today we are strengthening relations between Montenegro and France in several strategic sectors, including the economy and transport. France stands by the Montenegrin people to support them on the path of European integration," Macron wrote in his message on social media.
Meanwhile, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has asked the EU presidency to place several candidate countries, such as Albania, in the same queue as Ukraine and Moldova for integration into the European Union.
Not in vain, at the joint press conference in Brussels with Marta Kos, Edi Rama was asked precisely the question about Merz's proposal, when in reality there was no reason to ask the Albanian Prime Minister about this issue.
It seems like a strong political revenge against the reckless moves that Edi Rama has been making for a long time, just to save himself from a high-level investigation.
Meanwhile, as if to prove this, the German Chancellor has said that the Berlin Process summit, where leaders from major EU countries, plus Great Britain, will gather, will take place in October in Cetinje, Montenegro.
This is another sign of the mockery being made of Edi Rama, who has been left in charge of IBAR.
Therefore, the Albanian prime minister had the only serious moment at the press conference in Brussels, when he said that "we are not so small that we are not taken into account and the big ones are not so self-sufficient."
But now it's too late. That sentence was neither heard nor noted by anyone.

Pse qenka BE cope cope? Se qytetaret marin sherbimet e duhura? Propagande e Zerit te Popullit.
Glaukias ti ose do jesh Ferit Hoxha a bashkjetusja e tij Ambasadore Albana Dautllari qe do e zevendesoj si ambasadore e BE, ose ndonje idiot qe nuk ke kuptuar fare cfare ndodhi Te pakten te kesh kuptu puthjen e peshtir qe te kuptosh se jane korruptu e pagu me leket e pista si mogerine, Vlahutin etj
Po o BE po, të gjithë korruptohen sipas Salihut, vetëm Salihu është i pakorruptueshëm dhe është mbledhur bota që ta shpall 'Non Grata' por ai i shkreti nuk ka asnjë faj.. Të lutem, më ndriço pak, çfarë ndodhi se unë, me sa duket, nuk e kam intelektin e duhur për ta kuptuar..
