The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, reacted to today's opposition protest at the Parliament.
The opposition MPs claim that one of the police officers threatened Baci and Nallbati with a weapon. Meta writes that he strongly condemns this action of the police.
Further, Meta writes that the only alternative remains to face tooth for tooth until the overthrow.
"I condemn with the greatest severity the threat with firearms and the death threat of the opposition MPs, in the premises of the Assembly, by the Narcopolice.
This very serious criminal and illegal act is a shocking evidence of the incrimination of the State Police structures, that in the name of the mafia in power and at its expense, dare to threaten the elected representatives of the people with their lives.
This unprecedented event is the next proof of the criminal face of Narkoshtet, which not only imprisons and politically persecutes the opposition, but also threatens them with their lives.
Faced with this junta pointing a gun at the opposition MPs, the only alternative remains a tooth-by-tooth confrontation until the overthrow" , writes Meta.
