The DP candidate in Korça, Enton Çaçani, has accused the Kolonja municipality administration of distributing money in exchange for votes.
Through a post on the social network "Facebook", he urgently calls on SPAK to take action, saying that they continue with the same tone as in every election.
"Urgent call to the SPAK Task Force! Attention to all structures and especially to our commissioners! The Kolonjë Municipality Administration is distributing money and buying votes. It is intimidating voters at these critical moments.

They have tried to remove the ballots from the VCs and are trying to manipulate the process. They will try to do it again tomorrow during the voting. The information comes from within them.
"They have seen themselves narrowly, they feel they are losing power. Their eyes have darkened and they have turned into hyenas of the night ," his post read.
