The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has decreed this Friday the release of Rear Admiral Adnan Dëfrim Agastra from the position of Commander of the Naval Force.
Begaj also appointed Rear Admiral Arsen Burhan Mullaj to the position of Commander of the Naval Force.
Colonel Razije Kadri Mehmeti, with the position of "Director" in the Directorate of Civil-Military Cooperation J-9 at the General Staff of the Armed Forces, received the rank of "Brigadier General".
President Begaj also decreed the granting of the major rank of "Brigadier General" to Colonel Fatmir Sadri Neziraj, with the duty of "Director" in the Directorate of Operations and Training J-3/7 at the General Staff of the Armed Forces, as well as to Colonel Edmond Abaz Voci, with the duty of "Commander of the Reporting Control Center" in the Air Force.
