Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has published, in a press conference, parts of the SPAK file regarding the hacking of computers of prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office, for which Arnold Rrokaj and Zambak Gjoni have been brought to trial.

According to Berisha, they were seeking information about the arrest of Engjëll Agaç, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers.

"On February 12, 2025, at 9:17 p.m., Arnold Rrokaj sends Zambak Gjoni a photo that looks like a website from which SPAK systems can be accessed.

Then he sends him an SMS with the content 'ah I can't open it'. Then Arnold Rrokaj sends another SMS to Zambak Gjoni, 'I'll write to Rrama and let's make him a slave'.

So, Arnold Rrokaj had Rama's number.

And as soon as Arnold Rrokaj opened the page, he would send Rama the page's details, let's do this and that.

From the content of this communication, there is a reasonable belief that the actions of the person under investigation relate to unauthorized interference in SPAK's systems, with the aim of damaging them through their distribution to third parties.

By sending the documents to Rama, he says, he will send them to him.

"Furthermore, on February 21, 10 days later, the suspect Zambak also requests information about the arrest of citizen Engjëll Agaçi," Berisha said, referring to the documents in the SPAK file.

The Democratic leader further said that Arnold Rrokaj reported directly to Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"This constitutes one of the ugliest and most serious crimes. This is a major implication of Edi Rama and I demand his urgent resignation. The head of the criminal organization of the Albanian executive sought to steal secret investigation documents solely so that he could control this process in his own ways. I condemn this criminal act with the utmost severity. Once again, I demand the immediate removal of the Prime Minister from office. I also call on Albanians to take the fate of the law and the Constitution in this country into their own hands because Edi Rama is seeking to trample on them, to belittle them, to use them for his own completely criminal purposes," said Berisha.
