Tritan Shehu, DP deputy and former Minister of Foreign Affairs says that the Berlin Process has freed us from the Open Balkans.
He emphasizes that Kosovo 'will not be behind the gate, in the Serbian shelter where the "Open Balkans" has been since the shameful Nish.'
"The Summit of the Berlin Process will take place in Tirana, this is a positive event, part of a very important project for our country, for the countries of the region and regional cooperation, our European integration process.
