Lawyer Spartak Njela, analyzing the work of SPAK, said that the only reason he believes that this institution will do justice, according to him, is the fact that Washington has said that "I run SPAK".
In an interview for the "Bardh a Zi" show, the lawyer added that a mistake was made in the establishment of this institution, that the old prosecutors who were part of the 'captured' system were taken away and there were no new faces.
"I have facts. The fact is that Washington said that SPAK is run by us. But they made a mistake, they took from old juices. Those who were there, they did not bring them from the beginning. The Special Prosecutor's Office was hit by the ambassador, saying that they are scared and bought , he said.
The lawyer emphasized that those who are currently there are expired due to corruption. According to him, they should not have been there at all and to do this the law should be changed.
" The ones that are, are expired. Where did they expire? From corruption. Corruption causes professional scandal in justice. They come as corrupt, they have been corrupt where they have been. When there was a prosecutor's office, as a rule, everyone was corrupt. They entered SPAK, not as uncorrupted, but as having found unprotected assets. They shouldn't have been at all.
