The Socialist Party has saved Edi Rama, Vilma Nushi and Ilir Beqaj from testifying in the health investigation commission.
The marathon meeting in the commission has been going on for two days and Ilir Beqaj is not able to testify. The SP went to the commission with a scheme and managed to block his speech. But it seems that at the same time the SP has also saved Edi Rama and Vilma Nushi.
The conference of leaders has refused to extend the deadlines of the investigative commission. Tomorrow is his deadline and the opposition requested that the proceedings be extended, as it planned to call Rama and businesswoman Vilma Nushi as witnesses. But the majority has blocked such a thing and in short has blown up the commission, not allowing key individuals to testify.
DP's request for the extension of the deadline was submitted by the democratic deputy, Ina Zhupa through 3 arguments:
1- There is no time for witnesses approved by both parties;
2- There is no possibility of clarifying and approving minutes;
3- There is no possibility to discuss and write the report;
But the Socialist Party opposes the extension of the deadline for the Health Investigator through Tualant Ballë, who says that they had enough time, but the mayor Albana Vokshi has delayed the work.
" The fault lies with the chairman of the commission, she dragged it, you didn't do any work ", said Balla.
Yesterday there were 9 hours of debates and accusations, but Ilir Beqaj managed not to testify about the affairs when he was a minister.
The meeting was postponed for today, but since the morning the same situation continues. The majority seems to have gone with the script to make propaganda and this has brought tensions.
Yesterday, Beqaj requested that before the questions start, he would make a presentation with photos and videos. But this was considered excessive by the mayor Albana Vokshi, who refused. SP requests that the request be put to a vote, since they have the majority and with the strength of the card they can accept.
However, both yesterday and today, Vokshi does not accept voting and the meeting continues and drags on. It's all a scenario, as the skills expire tomorrow and the PS does not accept their extension. This means that there is no more evidence. / Pamphlet
