The figures for 18:00 are published, here is the turnout in the elections

The CEC has published turnout data for 6:00 p.m. With nearly half of the polling stations reporting, turnout is 41 percent.

The first is Dibra with over 48 percent participation. Then comes Tirana with 46.5 percent. After them comes Kukës with nearly 48 percent. The lowest participation is in Vlora, this and because of the cycling race, with 30 percent. Then comes Shkodra with 36 percent and Gjirokastra with 37 percent.
