Alfred Lela, director of communications at the Democratic Party, has reacted to the clash that occurred at a polling station in Vora, which involved Flamur Noka, Secretary General of this political force, and a group of individuals, who according to the Democratic MP are thugs who serve the government.
Lela writes that the government considers bandits 'citizens', while politicians 'bandits'. Addressing problematic individuals, Lela states that "do not interfere with democracy, because there is no better system - despite its flaws - even to protect your asses. We who shout for it are ready to protect you too, and we are even doing this."

The courtyard of a polling station today in Vora reflects very well the damage that Rilindja has done to politics these past 12 years. The government sends bandits to surround the polling stations, and when opposition politicians go there, for nothing other than to encourage the commissioners and observers, to tell them "you are not alone" - the government, through media megaphones, calls the bandits 'citizens' and the politicians 'bandits'.
So, those who go to defend the political process, to tell those who are doing their job "don't be afraid", are the gangs, those who go to disrupt it, are 'outraged citizens of justice and goodness'!
