Yesterday, December 16, SPAK asked Parliament to lift the immunity of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Belinda Balluku. Following the Constitutional Court's decision on December 12, which reinstated her, the Balluku case remains one of the most heated in public opinion.
SPAK's next move has sparked quite a few reactions, among the first to react was Prime Minister Edi Rama, but many also reacted from the opposition.
The head of the parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, reacted today on his social networks, where he detached a fragment from the SPAK request. It states that SPAK has discovered through special methods that witnesses have been intimidated.
Today there were accusations that Bardhi leaked investigative secrets. In "Opinion" he showed where he found the document. " The material was taken from the file in the request brought by SPAK, page 6 of the request ," he said.
However, the question remains the same: Did Gazment Bardhi violate the law by publishing a request from a high judicial institution?!
