Ervin Salianji, a member of the DP Presidency, has been launching a movement in the Democratic Party for several weeks, holding meetings with the membership of this political force.
Salianji stated that through such meetings the aim is to strengthen and revitalize the DP, while Sali Berisha considers the Presidency member's meeting tour as a personal agenda.
This has led to a debate between Berisha and Salianja, while recently suspicions have been raised that he may be expelled from the DP.
But what does Salianji aim to achieve through this move? According to lawyer Indrit Sefa,
Ervin Salianji seeks the leadership of the DP with the movement he has started.
Invited to the 'Repolitix' show on Report TV, Sefa said that Salianji is a political factor and this was confirmed by the meeting he held in Elbasan with the Democrats.
" It is a medal that Berisha has excluded Salianji, because this shows that you have shown values and support among the people and are a political factor that endangers Berisha."
"Salijanji's meeting in Elbasan was bigger than Berisha's. Nothing happened. Salianji showed himself to be a politician who has reached his maturity. It is a medal for Salianji to be exceptional. Today Ervini showed a strength of character, he made the right decision to break away from the DP. Yes, Salianji is seeking the leadership of the DP ," he said.
