According to Sali Berisha, Ervin Salianji has self-excluded himself from the Democratic Party.

" I believe that I have expressed myself definitively at the press conference, you have accused me of being a red line of collaboration with crime. Once again, I have expressed everything I have on this issue as the leader of the DP, and nothing moves me ," said Berisha when asked about the latest reaction of former MP Salianji.
Regarding the December 22 protest expected to be held in front of the Prime Minister's Office, Berisha expressed optimism for massive participation.
"This is the third meeting of the DP forums, the leadership, the parliamentary group, every national council that goes in a line that marks the decision of this political force to start the revolts, which will only be stopped when this regime is archived in the shameful apartment of the Russian host. There is a readiness that you cannot imagine. A determination that this party has never had before ," said Berisha.
