Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha did not spare the accusations against Arben Rakip in the ongoing protest against his political arrest.
Berisha stated that the former state security guard, Arben Rakipi, is a bandit who turns the Magistrate's School into a private school of the crime party.

Dear friends, you have heard of the former state security guard, Arben Rakipi, a thug who turns the Magistrate's School into a private school of the crime party.
This bandit, this criminal who gets rich in flagrant violation of any law, to introduce the extremists of the Qemal Stafa foundation, disrupted the exams and out of 73, added 53 others, as if the school was the property of his father and not a school for Albanian justice .
On this occasion, I want to say to the partners, gentlemen, can you tell me that the School of Magistrates has ever functioned in its existence, as it functioned at this time, after the reform, after the anti-reform that destroyed the justice system.
Gentlemen, do not serve Albanians corruption for reform.
Gentlemen, do not serve Albanians injustice for justice.
Because you will have failure, failure and only failure.
I say this because everything is reacted to this system, as if it does not belong to the Albanians.
It reacts to everything, you are ordering, here you have the School of Magistrates, the most criminal standard that Albania has seen in 32 years.
Albanians, take your fate into your own hands.
