Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha said in an interview that Belgrade controls Edi Rama.
According to him, Vucic has turned Rama into a spokesman for his projects for a greater Serbia.
" During these years, Albanians have heard Edi Rama present his projects, Vucic's projects, such as the maps for the division of Kosovo or the change of borders, such as the mini Schengen established at the Novisad summit, in which map Kosovo was completely incorporated with Serbia, as is the recently unsolicited initiative of Edi Rama, but in the name of Vucic, to present a project on the most delicate, sharpest issue of the crisis in the region, such as the association of municipalities with a Serbian majority.
Edi Rama canceled the meeting with the neighboring country because Albin Kurti refused the format requested by Rama for rejecting the draft. In this context, I can say that the Kosovo authorities deserve the greatest praise for refusing a meeting and a debate with a person who is completely outside the official international framework of negotiations", said Berisha for "Now with Erla Mëhilli".
