Prime Minister Edi Rama, during his speech at the Socialist Party National Assembly, listed 3 objectives for the next mandate.
In front of the elected Socialist MPs, Rama said that they have the task of completing negotiations by the end of 2027, ratifying the accession in the member states, and raising the Albanian flag in the EU courtyard.
"The new government program has never been clearer and more concrete. The mission of uniting with B has never been more concrete and reflected in the program than today. Our task as a majority has never been clearer than in this 4th mandate of the SP for Albania 2030. To close the negotiations in the next 27 months, to enable ratification in the 27 parliaments of the member states by the end of the mandate, to raise the flag of Skanderbeg and Ismail Qemali in Brussels by the end of the decade. These are not 3 stations, but 3 peaks that must be reached one after the other in time to realize the long-started ascent of Albania to the home of its family, to the written destiny of its future. Their reaching is not even written by fate or God, it happens through the patience and determination of the 400 or so people who are in this hall today. The stars of fate have aligned like never before in favor of Albania", he said. Rama says.
