Prime Minister Rama, during the delivery of over 400 property titles in Himare, told the residents of the area that he knew all the property problems.
The head of the government emphasized that he has never asked for the properties that belong to him from his mother, addressing the Himariotes with the words: "You are one in politics, even in global politics."
"I know this area well, I know it, it's in my blood, I know all the stories. You can talk to anyone who comes from Durrës and you don't know what's going on , " he said.
“The properties of Himara are paper-backed properties associated with residents here, not on the Moon. There are registration problems and conflicts between residents and members of a family and this causes this. Therefore, properties are often sold here two or more times. I speak with facts, not fantasy. I know this issue so well. Each of you knows his part, I know the part of all. I repeat, the internal claims are endless here, "you have it or I have it". This is due to lack of registration. We have repeatedly called for registrations for application. Even these 437 documents, certificates that we have here today, plus some others that are ready but are not here, there are 4,000 to be done. I told him: You will be the prefect of Vlora, but you will have the task of giving ownership certificates to the residents of Himara. The papers must be done properly, so that tomorrow no one disputes them.
