"Rama was justified", Salianji: The government has not consciously

Democratic Party MP Ervin Salianji has reacted after the publication of the Supreme Court's letters on the issue of security in the courts. He stated that the institutional chain has failed.

Salianji calls for former Interior Ministers to be immediately investigated for abuse of office, while the current Interior Minister should resign.

The DP MP also said that the safety of judges is being compromised by the inability and lack of political will to fight crime.

"After the publication of the documents by the High Judicial Council, it is clear that the institutional chain that was supposed to guarantee the security of the judiciary has failed.

This failure is not accidental; it is the consequence of a government that has for years destroyed the foundations of the rule of law.

Former Interior Ministers should be immediately investigated for abuse of office, while the current Interior Minister should resign without delay.

This is a legal and moral responsibility, in a country where the security of judges is being compromised by the inability and lack of political will to fight crime.

The government has knowingly left judges and prosecutors unprotected, hiding behind shameful excuses that "there is no responsibility."

In fact, it is primarily responsible for creating a climate of fear and social conflict, allowing the free circulation of weapons and dangerous people, stripping the police of their authority and turning them into a party instrument, and handing over territory to gangs and criminal structures.

This is the moment for political responsibility, criminal investigation, and institutional action, not for silence and excuses.

"When a judge is murdered in office, trust in the state falls ," says Salianji.
