Edi Rama stopped in Dibra this evening, at the end of the electoral campaign. He had gone with reinforcements, having taken with him Noizy, who is originally from Dibra.
Also with him was Minister Belinda Balluku, who, according to Rama, played a key role in the opening of the Murriz tunnel.
Rama was welcomed with songs and dances, and at one point, while Hajredin Pasha's song was being sung, he sat cross-legged on the Gjorica Field, where the meeting was being held.
