Rama continues his attacks on new parties, compares them to LSI...
Prime Minister Edi Rama has not been sparing with new parties today either. From Burreli, he accused them again of trying to take over the role of the LSI, showing that something is worrying the Prime Minister. The signs are that Rama is afraid of the polls.
Looking at the 4 main polls, Albania Becomes, the Opportunity Party and the Bashke Movement , together go from 14% to 18%, a very interesting figure. If they had come together, they would have secured many deputies. But even separately they seem to scare the prime minister, who seems to have left Berisha and Basha behind and is hitting the young.
" There are some who have come out who say we are new parties. They are simply formations that are new only in the age of their leaders. The Opportunity Party and the Albania Becomes Initiative appear as political forces with real potential to cross the electoral threshold. The possibility ranges from 5% (McLaughlin) to 6.5% (Noto), while Albania Becomes reaches up to 9% according to Piepoli, but drops to 4.2% according to McLaughlin. Meanwhile, the Together Movement with support ranging from 0.5% (Piepoli) to 2.4% (Barometer).
The signals are that these 3 parties could gain some MPs, not only in Tirana, but also in other districts, and this has worried Babloku.
