Prime Minister Edi Rama has wished all Albanians for a year as prosperous and prosperous as possible. He chose to come out with a video message, as he put the emphasis on artificial intelligence. This is closing another year of a time of dizzying change for humanity, the most dizzying change in human history - where technological progress has entered a speed unimaginable just a few years ago. One thing is certain. Technology cannot even take away the time we have been given on this earth with mother, father, children, family, the circle of loved ones, nor can it replace those we love and who love us, together with the place where we were born where we speak the mother tongue.
It is up to us to do the best with this time that has been given to us and tonight, I wish you grandparents, mothers and fathers, children and children's children, nephews and nieces, all Albanians wherever they are, a happy evening at the table of the big holiday of this end of the year and a New Year as your heart desires, health, peace and love, and with new opportunities for the realization of dreams and the fulfillment of hopes.
This was undoubtedly Albania's best year; confidence in Albania increased significantly, our flag looked more beautiful than ever on the international stage, while our country was visited more than in any other year before by people who came from all over the world.
This was the year of Albania's dignified entry on the tourist map of Europe; Albania's income and security also increased, with domestic and foreign investment reaching an all-time high, as did our currency, which has never been stronger than it is today; The increase in salaries continued not to stop next year, when we will reach the 900 Euro level of the average salary in the public sector and we will have a record increase in salaries in the private sector...
But this is neither the day nor the hour to talk to you any longer about the many good things that were done this year...
This is even the moment to thank you deeply from the bottom of my heart for how much you have encouraged me, supported me, and even endured so many times during the year that I have appeared on your screens without your permission, and to assure you that I am very aware, both of the things that have not gone well, and of the many things that need to be done further...
What we have done so far would have no value if it stopped here, but even so it is of great value for the belief that this country is finally becoming; that this country has finally emerged from the long and difficult curve of arduous transition; that we, the Albanians of this time, are making this country, all together, step by step, moving faster and faster, and learning how to do things better and better.
Albania, Madam, is no longer an obstructed trust since the time of our renaissance, but our mission is now completely possible; a reality that has begun to take shape and become accessible to the eyes, as the best that is all before us!
