Former prosecutor Shkëlqim Hajdari has commented on SPAK's request to the Assembly to change the security measure for Sali Berisha.

He said that on Monday, the day when the Council of Mandates will meet, he expects what the law provides to happen. According to Hajdar, until now the actions of SPAK in this matter are in accordance with the law. He also said that Sali Berisha should, from the beginning, respond to SPAK's request to appear, and also address the Constitutional Court.
