The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, has threatened again with the escalation of civil disobedience, during a meeting he held this afternoon with members and sympathizers in the city of Gjirokastra.
Berisha declared that the Reestablishment will arise in a civil disobedience and will bring down the regime of Prime Minister Rama. The former prime minister stressed that the opposition must do everything to destabilize what he called the dictatorship of gangs and crime.

We gather today in a gang dictatorship regime, which three months, five months before the elections, releases serial killers from prisons, brings from Dubai and other countries, the most dangerous traffickers to rush them against the free vote of Albanian citizens .
So we gather in a regime, in which crime turns into a vote and the vote turns into a crime. Were we not founded as a party of free vote? We brought the free vote to Albania, we expelled with the free vote those who came with weapons and communist rebellion in 1997!
