At 12:00, the Council of Mandates and Immunity will meet, which is expected to hold the session on the request of SPAK. But outside the headquarters we expect to have an unprecedented situation. Sali Berisha will gather his militants in a protest. Protest, which is said to be against the behavior of the majority towards the opposition, but in fact it seems to be about immunity.
According to the sources, during these days the deputies next to Berisha held meetings in all the branches of Tirana and requested that as many protesters as possible be gathered. Militants from the districts are also expected to be brought. The plan is for the protest to take place at the main entrance of the Assembly, where a few days ago the deputies were scrambling to get inside.

On the other hand, signals have been given that there may be an attempt to disrupt the meeting of the Council of Mandates and Immunity. Edmod Spaho said in a show that they can try to get in there as well. But according to sources, on Monday, it is expected that the Guard will let only the deputies who are part of this Council enter the building.
On the DP side, members of the commission are: Gazmet Bardhi, Ervin Salianji, Saimir Korreshi, Greda Bardeli and Enkelejd Alibeaj. The latter is expected to participate, while for the other 4 it will have to be seen if they will participate and if they will attempt to disrupt the session. It also remains to be seen if Berisha will go there, as the Regulation gives him the right to express himself.
