The return of Basha to the head of the DP, Ngjela: Luli will be brought to power by Washington like Saliu in '91!

Commenting on the situation within the right, lawyer Spartak Ngjela said that Washington accepted Lulzim Basha and, according to him, has a perspective in the official DP.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, he said that if Basha shows himself capable in relation to Washington and by attracting Albanian figures abroad who have integrity, then the right will come to power in the next elections.

Will Basha be able to reorganize the DP? If he has the help of Washington, and I expect he will, he has the ability to get high levels of politics and intellect into the party, then the right becomes strong and takes power in the next elections. It depends on how the relationship with Washington will be, how much help Washington will give and how capable Basha will be. Saliu was brought to power by Washington in '91 ", said Ngjela.
