The road to EU membership, Rama: Albania is invited to present its negotiating position for Chapter 5

Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced a new development regarding the negotiation process for Albania's membership in the EU. 

The RMA stated that the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States of the European Union authorized the Danish Presidency to invite Albania to present its Negotiating Position for the negotiations regarding the chapters that make up the Chapter Group. 

"ALBANIA DOES NOT STOP - Today, on July 23, 2025, following Albania's continuous and dynamic progress on the path of membership negotiations with the European Union, the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States of the European Union authorized the Danish Presidency to invite Albania to present its Negotiating Position for the negotiations related to the chapters that make up Chapter Group 5 "Resources, Agriculture and Cohesion", Rama wrote in reaction.
