The leader of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama, who is also the Prime Minister, will be in the Vlora Region on Thursday afternoon, where he will also close the electoral campaign.
The closing rally of the campaign will take place at Lungomare, while part of the Prime Minister's agenda is also a visit to the village of Kuç in Labëria, a visit that he himself announced during an interview.
Just as he did 4 years ago on the eve of the elections, where he calculated the number of mandates that the Socialist Party would win, Rama is expected to do the same tomorrow.
For the Vlora region, the SP's ambition is to win 9 mandates out of the 8 it currently has.
