Analyst Lorenc Vangjeli has warned of new changes in the "Rama 3" government cabinet.
Vangjeli said that the prime minister is forced to change the government again to avoid the arrest of the ministers while maintaining the costume of the high official of the state.
For "Top Story", Vangjeli said that Rama's "wish" would have been to have taken them to SPAK himself, but since he cannot politically control the process, he has no choice but to reformat the government again.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Vangjeli: Rama could not defend anything even if he wanted to do something like that.
Duma: You can't do it or you don't want to?
Vangjeli: He can't do it. That creature which was conceived and born as an initiative of the two co-leaders of the winning left in the 2013 elections, has now surpassed them all. And this new reality is part of the equation that changes the whole. What I expected to happen today is that the prime minister as an axiom would not accept that any of his ministers go to SPAK.
In his desire he would like to lead them there himself, but not being able to control the process he had to at least take off his minister's suit when they crossed that sick fence that is beyond the range of power.
Duma: So I remove them as ministers to go to the SPAK fence.
Vangeli: Exactly. So that when they go there, they don't have the minister's suit. Not to have his signature on the President's decree. Seen from this point of view, it seems to me that one way or another Rama will be forced to make other changes in the government.
I don't know when, but I believe it is a trend that will not fail to happen.
