Although the Chama party, since its creation, has not received any MP with its votes, but from the lists of the PD-SP, Shpëtim Idrizi of the customs and taxes and bazaars left and right, boasts as an influential leader in global politics.
But the facts published by "Pamphlet" these days prove that under the guise of the Cham issue, Shpëtim Idrizi has bought the leadership of the party, to sell positions of power and do business in construction, with exponents of the world of crime, laundering billions which also provides usury from bargains with traffickers.
But also from the network of fraudulent and extortionate agencies "Micro Credit Albania", "IuteCredit", "Besa", etc., which are controlled and managed by his wife Enkela Idrizi, adviser to the Governor of the State Bank, Gent Sejko.
The naive Chams, who continue to follow the "cart" of Shpëtim Idrizi and believe his deceptions on the Cham issue, do not know that the greed of the head of the "PDIU" party-kiosk extorts 98 million lek, which the state gives to this party every year.
The trick that Shpëtim Idrizi uses to extort these millions is the salary mechanism for himself, for the General Secretary and some of their relatives that he has registered as allegedly officials and service workers of the party.
Specifically, although Shpëtim Idrizi, as a deputy, receives a salary and financial treatment of 5 million ALL per month; he also pays himself with nearly 2.2 million lek per month, or 26 million lek per year from the funds that the state gives to the Cham party.
- Mesila Doda, General Secretary of the Chama party, although as a deputy she receives a salary and financial treatment of 5 million Lek per month; the mayor Shpëtim Idrizi also pays him 1.9 million lek per month, or nearly 23 million lek salary per year, from the funds that the state gives to the Chama party.
- Auron Seferi, is paid 476,000 lek per month, as head of security for the senior figure of the Chama party, specifically the chairman Shpëtim Idrizi; while Ritvan Kurushi is paid 300 thousand lek per month, for coffee service in the office, for the chairman Shpëtim Idrizi, the General Secretary, Mesila Doda and their guests.
- Ekleva Pajaj and Arba Zaçe, one official of the Ministry of Finance and the other of the Municipality of Tirana, are paid 740 thousand and 610 thousand lek per month, or a total of 16 million lek per year, as Advisors to the Chairman of the Party, Shpëtim Idrizi. / Pamphlet
