The head of Soros, Alex Soros, has arrived with a 'blitz' mission in Tirana, where he has posted photos with Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj, just at the time when his organization has entered into a situation of major discussions.

Hasani worked as a sports journalist, and then, during the time when he was recruited to the Ministry of Defense, he studied diplomacy in Britain, taking advantage of the scholarships that the ministry received from partner countries.
During Majko's 'era', Hasani was the press director in the ministry.
Ndërkaq, prishja e planit të Ramës me insistimin e Alex Sorosit, ka shkatërruar ekuilibrat politik në PS, duke lënë pa përfaqësim Shkodrën që i dha mazhorancës bashkinë më 14 maj; Dibrën, që gjithashtu dha rezultate të larta në zgjedhje lokale, e pjesën tjetër të veriut në përgjithësi.
Kurse ministrat e rinj janë asnjanës, pasi nuk përfaqësojnë asnjë lobim rajonal të PS-së, ndërkaq, edhe më shumë, me Maznikun në një farë mënyre ka kërcënuar kryetarët e Bashkisë se çdo fond publik apo projekt, do të monitorohet nga superdikasteri.
Por, duket këtu fshihen sërish planet e Soros, i cili gjithmonë ka qenë më aktiv në projektet rajonale, që të mos krijojnë zhurmë siç ka ndodhur me ato të mëdhatë, që i kanë sjellë sulmin politik.
