In an interview from the gym, the President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, did not avoid questions about his political life.
Asked what it is like to train under the stress of reports that he is under investigation by justice, Meta said that "he has been under investigation for 300 years" and does not experience "any kind of stress".
He said for the show "FitStation" on News24, that the only stress he has is in relation to the obligations he has towards people and the departure of Albanians from the country.
Meta was also asked if there was a confrontation with SPAK's chief prosecutor, Altin Dumani, about whom he did not spare the settings in his statements a few weeks ago.
He emphasized that there was no reason for a confrontation with the head of SPAK, but added that "if he deals with sports, boxing or wrestling, sports competitions are good for everyone".
What is it like to train under stress, while there is talk in the media that Mr. Meta is under investigation by SPAK?
Meta: I've been investigating for 300 years and I don't have any kind of stress. My stress is in relation to people, to stand up to the obligations I have. That's the only stress I have. The biggest stress I have is when I meet a man and he tells me he will leave Albania.
Did you have a confrontation with Duman after the statements you made in the media?
Meta: I have responded to the media and had no reason to confront. If he is involved in sports, boxing, wrestling, definitely these sports competitions are good for everyone.
