The political leader of the Freedom Party for the district of Berat and the former candidate for mayor in the Municipality of Kuçova, Lefter Maliqi, has denounced the scandal that is happening with the mayor Kreshnik Hajdari, who, even though he has been sentenced by the Albanian court, continues to hold the mandate in a way illegal with the blessing of politics.

Justice delayed; Justice denied!
Convicted Hajdari should have escaped with handcuffs in time and in shame for the deeds he has done himself and what he has done to the Municipality!
Yesterday the convict Hajdari was with his lawyer in the "Administrative Court of Tirana", to file an appeal against "KAS", which ordered "KQZ", Celibashin to review the decision to dismiss Hajdari, as he automatically leaves office based on of the decriminalization law, plus that he was sentenced by the "Special Court against Organized Crime", to 9 months in prison, converted to 150 hours of work, and with that he must legally leave the mandate.
But the state has captured Justice! This Court has not yet clarified the Decision to take 'final form' in the Appeal, there was a 4 month delay; meanwhile, Hajdari opens another process against "KAS" in the Administrative Court, the latter postpones the trial to October and this Court will postpone it for more than 1 year after the Appeal and for more than a year until the mandate of the corrupt, incompetent man ends of the convict Hajdari!
Meanwhile, "SPAK" has 11 other reports of serious abuse of the convict Hajdari and delays the investigations.
The shows: "STOP" on "TV KLAN" and "FIKS FARE" on "TOP CHANNEL" and dozens of media and portals accuse Hajdar of serious abuse of duty and citizens' taxes, etc.
Kuçova is full of rubbish, with the "Market" as a kandahar, with the "Museum" as a ruin, with potholed roads and out of use, with villages without bridges, with "Stadium", cemeteries out of standard, everywhere scandal, shame and cheeky!
Shame on the Justice, shame on the "CEC", shame on the corrupt Government that is still in office, 'Hajdare' of politics and Justice, incompetent and corrupt!
The power of God and the Law will fall mercilessly upon them! The money of the people, the "Hajdars" will come out of their noses!
There is no going back! We will continue the legal and political battle until justice is brought to the country. Hajdari with evidence and facts, only one office awaits him after the Municipality, "302 or 313"
