Parliament will meet today to discuss several bills.
There are 12 points to be discussed in the agenda of the plenary session. Among them is an urgent interpellation of the Minister of Education Evis Kushi requested by a group of deputies.
During the session, the annual report of some institutions will be presented.
AGENDA, PLENARY SESSION DATED JUNE 8, 2023
I. The meeting of the Assembly in the plenary session of 8.6.2023, time I 0:00.
II. The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:
1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 5.6.2023.
2. Notices.
3. Urgent consultation with the Minister of Education and Sports Mrs. Evis Kushi requested by a group of deputies.
4. The annual activity report of the Deposit Insurance Agency for the year 2022.
5. Report of the annual activity of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data during the year 2022
6. Report of the annual activity of the Institute of Studies for Crimes and Consequences of Communism in Albania during the year 2022
7. Report of the annual activity of the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination during the year 2022 8. Draft law "On some changes in the law no. 9975, dated 28.7.2008, "On national taxes", as amended.
9. For some additions and changes in law no. 80/2020, "On Prison Police".
10. Draft law "For some additions and changes in law no. 68/2017 "On the finances of local self-government"
11. Projekt- vendim ” Per miratimin e disa shtesave dhe ndryshimeve ne vendimin e Kuvendit nr 43/2017, “Per miratimin e struktures dhe organikes se Autoritetit te Konkurences”

III. The Assembly Services are charged with the publication of the agenda of the plenary session, the notification of the members of the Assembly through electronic means of communication, as well as the preparation of the parliamentary documentation that will be reviewed. IV. This order takes effect immediately.
