Reflects Lefter Gështenja: We have made many elections in DP, but no real party

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Lefter Gështenja, commenting on the situation created in the DP for the election of the new president, declared that the opposition should escape the old model.

In an interview for the show "Now" on "Euronews Albani", he said that DP may have conducted more elections than any other party, but it has never had a real competition within itself.

" We have the chance this time, I said on April 16, this platform that was discussed, which was approved by this presidency on April 16 of last year, only the proposals of Mrs. Godole were included. The same presidency that approves it, today they say why the parliamentary group comes out with this platform, while it is the same thing ", said Gështenja.

He emphasized that the platform has a message for unifiers that means a DP greater than that of 2021 and greater than what it is today, that is, a real union of all democrats.
