"Today you are killed at the door of the school", Tabaku: Let's

Deputy Jorida Tabaku spoke about the 2025 budget. During her speech before the Assembly, Tabaku said that this budget does not reflect the needs of Albanian citizens.

As he recalled the murder of the 15-year-old, Tabaku said that Albania cannot continue like this and that this is the moment where we must reflect.

According to Tabaku, the criminal events of the last few days have shown that "today you are afraid to walk on the street, you are afraid that you will be killed at the door of the school and that returning from work at home you may lose your life".

"The killing of a 14-year-old minor on the doorstep of the school is a tragedy that cannot pass without deep reflection. When a government leads by example, and when the example it sets is verbal violence, insults, divisive language, then what can we expect from the government.

How can we ask young people to choose conflicts through dialogue when the leaders themselves instigate with their language.

Albania cannot continue like this and this is the moment where we must reflect on an Albania that offers security, well-being, a leadership model that inspires hope and not despair.

The criminal events of the last few days have shown that today you are afraid to walk on the street, that today you are killed at the door of the school, that today returning home from work you can lose your life. This is Albania beyond the megalomania figures of this budget.

Albanians are not the same as they were in 2013 when the socialists took power. Today the country has been emptied, 700 thousand Albanians have emigrated.

Wishing that this is the last budget of the socialists... I am sure that what they did not bring in 11 years, they will not bring in the 12th year.

Pensioners need a new pension system without alms whenever there is an election," said Tabaku.
