Actor Mehdi Malkaj was one of the speakers at the 35th nationwide protest against Edi Rama's government, held in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
Greeted with applause from the protesters, he thanked the citizens for their support and emotions that, according to him, brought him back to the podium once again.
"You forgive me with much love, because your applause has made me come this far. Oh people, we who are here are good Albanians, this is not in dispute," said Malkaj.
Following his speech, Malkaj also shared a message about the importance of patriotism, placing the Homeland above any other interest.
"I give my life for love, but I give love for the Homeland," the actor said.
The 35th protest continues with the participation of citizens from all over Albania and the diaspora, who have gathered in front of the Prime Minister's Office in support of the organizers' demands.
