The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, spoke about the 2025 draft budget.
During his speech in the Assembly, the DP deputy addressed pensioners and farmers who joined the protest outside the Parliament.
Noka said that this moment is not their budget, but a celebration for Rama and the ministers of his government. He adds that the budget is drawn up in the dark offices, in a kitchen where only occult interests are cooked and not civic ones at all.
"Pensioners and farmers out there, this moment is not your budget, but a private celebration of Rama and the group back here. The budget has nothing to do with ordinary people and their problems. This budget was devised in the dark offices, in a kitchen where only occult interests and not at all civic interests are cooked.
This budget is indicative of a typical feature of this power band; all for himself and nothing for the common people. The motto is to steal everything and then buy power with money" , said Noka.
